Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing any product or service from Prestige Leads, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Prestige Leads are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with quality, contact rates, conversion rates, or sales outcomes. By completing a purchase, you waive your right to dispute or chargeback any payment.
No Refunds on Purchases
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, the funds are immediately allocated toward your order. Because costs are incurred on your behalf at the time of purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
One-Time Orders One-time purchases are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been accepted and payment has been processed.
Monthly Campaigns (Producer and Agency) Monthly campaign clients must provide written cancellation notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Campaigns that have already launched cannot be cancelled mid-cycle. All funds committed for the current cycle are non-refundable.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Prestige Leads provides lead generation services only. We make no guarantees regarding contact rates, conversion rates, sales results, or business outcomes. Results vary and are dependent on factors outside of our control, including but not limited to agent follow-up speed, sales process, and market conditions.
Chargebacks and Disputes
By purchasing from Prestige Leads, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Any chargeback filed against Prestige Leads will be disputed and may result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of any pending orders, and referral to a collections agency. You will remain responsible for the full amount of the original purchase plus any associated fees.
